🧳 Destination Blind Bag

Past LPE Gala attendees may recognize this concept as a take on the always-fun, and quick-to-sell-out, Pass the Tray game where for a donation, you blindly select an envelope guaranteed to contain a prize worth at least that same value (if not more!), it’s a win-win.

This year, we’ve revamped this idea to align with our luxe travel theme and rather than seeking the volunteer with the envelopes to play, you can head directly to the Abandoned Luggage Counter for your BlindBag experience.

But, first, we need to create these blind bags, and while historically we were limited to donated gift cards and such, we’re giving guests the opportunity to sponsor bags based on your destination.

For less than $5 per person, your table can sponsor the bag linked to your destination–for example:

  • 🇰🇷 Seoul-table’s sponsored bag may be a dopp kit full of K-beauty favorites

  • 🇯🇵 Tokyo → Japanese snacks & treats

  • 🇫🇷 Paris → Chic French-inspired surprises

You sponsor the bag, the committee will curate the items–along with donated gifts (yes, there will still be gift cards), guests will select them at the event in the BlindBag experience.
