IMPORTANT NOTES
Even though they are called auditions, there are no cuts–all acts will be in the show
as long as they are school appropriate and adhere to the time limit.
Each act (video & live) has a 2.5 minute time limit; please edit as needed and
note the start and end times of your song if not using the natural beginning & end.
Only ONE form is needed per act.
Please have one parent fill out the form below with all student information,
including the information of the other parents.
It is crucial that we have complete and correct contact information
for a parent of each performing student.
Each parent will also need to review & sign Variety Show Permission & Acknowledgement Form - Video.
You need to provide your music. A streaming service link works,
or you can upload the song below;
but, since there are many versions of each song,
we cannot use only the title and artist. And, we cannot pull the music from the video.
Video Auditions are due Friday, Dec 5 @ 11PM
