1,800 attendees, volunteers, and event staff to campus for an evening of costumes, haunted attractions, games, food, dancing, trick-or-treating, and more.

Monster Bash sponsors receive their own interactive spot in our Trick-or-Treat Zone, where kids and families make their way from table to table throughout the night.
Decorate your space. Show off your business. Hand out candy, stickers, coupons, branded swag, tiny plastic things parents will inevitably step on later—whatever makes sense for you.
Want to make it even more interactive? Spin a prize wheel. Set up a simple game. Create a photo op. Bring an activity. Have fun with it!

MAKE IT YOUR OWN
Your sponsorship includes the space needed for your provided 6' table and two chairs, but you are welcome to bring your own setup—including a table, chairs, pop-up canopy, signage, displays, decorations, or activity supplies.
Planning something that needs a little more room? Tell us on the sponsorship form. If you need a space larger than one 6' table length or have an activity requiring a particular setup, we'll do our best to accommodate you.
We ask every sponsor to provide something for our trick-or-treaters. Candy is always welcome, but it certainly isn't required—branded swag, stickers, pencils, small toys, coupons, or other kid-friendly giveaways are all great options.
